My sales rep was kind enough but the follow up from Findlay was less than a star. As a new resident of Nevada, I was unaware of an EDRS document that the Dealership didn't provide me when I bought th Findlay was less than a star. As a new resident of Nevada, I was unaware of an EDRS document that the Dealership didn't provide me when I bought the car or when I went back a second time to sign papers. They left one message during the holidays to call them and 30 days later shredded the documents I unknowingly needed. As I waited for my plates, Findlay Cadillac contacted me via phone and text, a minimum of 3 times for my shirt size. Followed up to assure I received it and asked for a review. But as far as my plates go, 3 months later, they reprinted the paperwork, that I can't get anywhere else and they forgot to give me. I just need to drive there again. PS. The shirt doesn't fit. More

Was surprised I never got a call telling me what needed done. I had to call and ask. They kept my car over the weekend which was fine but would have like to be informed that they couldn’t get it finished a done. I had to call and ask.
