My service manager is John and I had zero issues with him on how he handled everything. My issue is with the mechanics that worked on a vehicle under lack of respect for my Porsche, especially with WHITE INT on how he handled everything. My issue is with the mechanics that worked on a vehicle under lack of respect for my Porsche, especially with WHITE INTERIOR! -driver door scuffed with black markings -engine bay were never washed as I made multiple request as part of the service was coolant leak. That said there is dried coolant crust all over the engine. I was told that was done.. suffice to say, IT WASNT!! -broke my aftermarket wide lense rear view mirror cover, broke the clips (John has the part and he has it as I handed it over to him) -washed my car but left waterspots everywhere and never even touched the rims! Overall experience is disappointing to say the least. I’m a very clean person and your service manager knows that about me and I always get the vehicle cleaned prior to any service and everytime I get it back it’s dirtier and random damages and markings are left behind! More

The stereo system randomly turns monotone, I’ve already had to replace two tires, and the problems just keep piling up. And to top it all off, I find out that Acura lied about the car never being in an accident, what a complete joke! Not to mention the countless hours I’ve wasted trying to get these problems fixed at both Acura dealerships. More
