Everything went well; however, the car battery was dead when I purchased the vehicle. The next day was a holiday so I had to take home a loaner car; however, the next day, Juan A. took the time to replace when I purchased the vehicle. John was a good salesman and very thorough; however, I felt pressured by him into making sure that during the evaluation, I gave him all "10's." He mentioned this several times throughout the buying process saying, "even if you give me a 9, it means that I failed." More
