Eddie was friendly on the phone but I'm always skeptical of doing a distance transaction (I live in Austin). He got me financing, gave me a good deal on my trade in, changed the tires on the car (one was was punctured and one had a plug), took a test drive with me, had the car ready for me, and had a seamless financing process set up for me. This dealership is worth the drive from another city. Their prices are low because their real estate is off the highway outside of downtown Houston, so their overhead is low and they are very efficient, so do not be skeptical of the price (I was). I'll be referring Eddie to all my friends and will call him next time I need a car. More
