Vehicle there then sold I was coming to look at a vehicle from 5 hours away. I had spoke to 2 people about my i ntent to buy. Bad Experience I went to purchase a truck and wanted to put more than half down. Once they found out I wasn't paying cash, my sales person immediately became uninter I went to purchase a truck and wanted to put more than half down. Once they found out I wasn't paying cash, my sales person immediately became uninterested. The best thing about it was the test drive. After that, things went downhill. There was a tag on the window that had warranty checked on it. After inquiring about it, he said a warranty can be purchased. I let him know that needed to be clear. Once I came back from the test drive, I noticed that the seat cool/heat option wasn't working. He asked someone about in Spanish (not knowing that I speak fluent Spanish), and all of a sudden the vehicle was sold "as is". Even after all that, I still was going to get the truck. He mentioned to his sales manager, only to say they weren't going down on the price. I'm like, y'all didn't check the bells and whistles before putting this car up for sale? Even then, I still was going to get it. Even while sitting at the desk, the salesperson entertained everyone that walked by it came in the shop. After 45 minutes, he comes to tell me it will be about an hour before I can see finance. I'm like, I need to know if I've been pre approved first. I told him I had to leave. This was approximately 2pm. He said he would cal to let me know, and to top it all off, I never got that call. I took my business elsewhere. More
