This place is a great place to buy a car or truck from. I needed another vehicle asap to keep from losing my employment and texas best auto deal auction worked with me and helped me buy another cash car for only 1000 dollars total fees included and that was 3 months ago and it still runs great. I wouldn't have been able to recover from that unfortunate setback without their help and professional support and services in getting another car. I would recommend them to anyone who may be down on their luck but can save up enough money to start over to definitely go there. It'll be money and time VERY WELL SPENT. More

Do not buy from here I bought a truck and within less than a week the motor mest up they charged me to fix it only to have to take it back in after 2 weeks of having it ba I bought a truck and within less than a week the motor mest up they charged me to fix it only to have to take it back in after 2 weeks of having it back same issue seemed like they were just doing a quick fix when I was charged for new parts.. they have had my truck longer than I have since i bought it Ive taken it back multiple times for the same issue since i had already paid them for it soo frustrating and now recently i picked up my truck and it seemed ok but when i went to pick it up first thing i noticed my car had no fuel to the point where is wasnt even telling me how many miles available to run meaning it was literally empty so i had to drive to a gas station since they could not provide any gas mind you i took my truck to them full tank anyways took it to get filled only to a few mins later car started with check engine light what was the issue now the catalyst so god knows how long they ran my truck without gas called them the manager kept ig oring my call and the receptionist said he was gone but once i called private i was able to get through to manager and they dont take any responsibility for the issue now and will not do anything to fix it.Do not go here RIP OFF dealership More

Out of state Buyers Beware!!!!! You know that old saying, "you get what you pay for", It applies here..I spent a lot of money on a truck this place had for sale (42k), that was still You know that old saying, "you get what you pay for", It applies here..I spent a lot of money on a truck this place had for sale (42k), that was still priced so well, I couldn't pass up on the offer. I worked with Maria, although very friendly and sweet, she failed to mention the massive dent on the truck, or the bad water pump, and that someone "there" had put in the wrong coolant (she couldn't have known that), which Ford thinks caused may have caused the bad water pump (and will not warranty it), and last but not least, the alignment was completely out of wack. I have purchased boats, cars, and trucks in Texas site unseen before so Im used to dealing with really good people who have integrity, and are more than happy to document everything (good or bad) gladly before it ships... So when the truck got here and the driver who hauled it showed me the massive amount of coolant that had leaked on the car below it, I knew immediately that this wasn't something that had just happened, it was obviously leaking on their lot. So I get in the truck, the check engine light is on, and this thing is pulling so hard right it was almost impossible to drive. When I got home I checked the body out and found a dent the size of a baseball on the right rear of the truck, I asked Maria (via text, because she doesn't answer the phone after she sells you a car, but she does when your trying to buy one) if it had been there when it left, she said no, and that it was the shipping company who dented the truck... I went through all of the pictures that she sent me prior, and I couldn't see it either....Until, I watched the video she had sent of them loading up the truck from their dealership, and yes it was there before it left, and Maria either has no integrity, or failed to do her job, I am still unaware of which one to choose as she still hasn't called me back... Longer story short, I spent 42k on a truck that was broken, dented, obviously in some sort of accident and not maintained properly, after I got that truck Im now going to have to spend an additional 1800 to get it fixed.. I was promised a call from the owner (again via text, she doesn't answer the phone after she gets your $$$$) and that never came... Now you, the reader may think, "thats what he gets for buying a truck site unseen" where as I own a business, that takes care of my customers by any means necessary (Integrity), and would expect the same from any business I do business with. So, "You get what you pay for".. Although a good deal, I would have much rather spent twice as much with someone else, who made me feel like I was being taken care of, not taken advantage of.... These people have had an ample amount of time to respond, they have chosen not to and thats why I hope I may save someone else the headache that I've currently got... Nothing like spending 42k on a truck that you cant drive! More

Quick.Smooth.Genuinely friendly I came in told them what I wanted, had a trade-in to offer, and I was out within 2 hours with the vehicle I came there for. Not the best I have had my car for 2 weeks and have had to bring it in 2 times cause of the check engine light coming on. the first time I was there for maybe 45 m I have had my car for 2 weeks and have had to bring it in 2 times cause of the check engine light coming on. the first time I was there for maybe 45 minutes because they obviously just cleared the codes and said everything was fine. They told me if it comes back on that for me to call so they can schedule an appointment to take it to Ford. A couple of days later I had to bring it in again because of the same problem. They did lend me a rental but I only think it was because I got very upset with them. My vehicle was fixed in the same day so I picked it up the next morning. It has only been a day since they fixed it so I am waiting to see if I will need to bring it in again. The staff was friendly and helpful but as far as me having to take time off from work just to bring in a car I Just bought is ridiculous. More
