Fincher's Texas Best Auto & Truck Sales - Tomball

Warning THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CREDIT I purchased a Truck from Fincher's Texas Best Auto & Truck Sales in Tomball in May 4, 2019 and traded my old one in. They are to payoff my trade in. I I purchased a Truck from Fincher's Texas Best Auto & Truck Sales in Tomball in May 4, 2019 and traded my old one in. They are to payoff my trade in. It is now July 2nd, 2019. The bank that I had my loan with on the truck I traded in has been calling me for payments (3 months worth). This dealer will not return calls and all they do is give you a run around. The bank that I had my loan with (trade in truck) has filed theft charges on me and now they are reposing the truck. This doesn't hurt Fincher's Texas Best Auto & Truck Sale credit it hurts mine. The lending bank that holds the note on the truck that has been traded in has also contacted Fincher's and they also give them the run around and will not return calls. I have talked to the sales person that I purchased truck from she gives run around (Maria Malave). The Finance Manager also gives run around and his name is Jerry Cantu. The Sales Manager will not return calls what so every and his name is Tommy Elhaimer. Update: I have to hire a lawyer now because of these people (Fincher's Texas Best Auto & Truck Sales) They need to change their name to FINCHER"S TEXAS WORST AUTO & SALES!!!!!!! More
