My car engine light went on as I was driving my son to school so I called them and asked if I could bring my car in, they said sure. They checked me in, drove me home, picked me up again so I could come get a a loaner car for the night and then had my car ready the next morning Everything was covered by my certified automobile warranty and they even washed my car.
