Beyond the work done, when I started to drive away I noticed that items that were in my center console were now on the passenger seat and in the cup holders?? Someone was obviously looking around for something. Did not promote good feelings about the service experience. I was told when I made the appointment that the maintenance should take between 2-3 hours. Ended up being closer to 5 hours. A loaner car was provided, which was greatly appreciated. More

Roy, the service manager sees you as a bother. The repair technicians don't respect your property and do a good job of dirtying up your vehicle and perform mediocre work, and sometimes non repair. They deprogrammed your seat position after repeated request to please not do that. More
