Subaru started to appear cheap. Charging credit card fees, is ridiculous, has anyone ever paid in cash? Other dealers include tire rotation with oil change. Every single time I have come for a service, they have failed to fill my tires- which is part of the service. I even came in once to have a patch put on a tire, and they didn’t even fill it! My light wen failed to fill my tires- which is part of the service. I even came in once to have a patch put on a tire, and they didn’t even fill it! My light went off when I was close to home, and I had to use my partner’s bike pump to get it to normal. I recently had an oil change with tire rotation, and the light went off only a day later. So again, with the bike pump, which is laborious. Also, they’ve started having people come up to you and bother you in the waiting area trying to sell you sandwiches. I mean, fine, have a place to sell sandwiches if you want, where customers can come up to you. But they will come up to you while you’re working several times, while you’re seated in the waiting area. It’s obnoxious. I don’t like this dealership anymore, and may start going to the other one (there are only two here). More
