Hi Nancy. Glad to hear that you enjoyed your experience at the dealership and how well our employees helped you. We understand your concern. The 3% surcharge when paying with a credit card started a couple of months ago. The 3% is not greater than our cost of acceptance. The adjustment shows on your receipt. Any purchases made with a Debit card do not incur a surcharge. There are signs on all the entrances at each dealership.
