I bought the 360 Shield for $849 and they lied to me twice about applying the products. They never applied any of it!! The car was supposed to be washed and detailed the day I purchased it and they did twice about applying the products. They never applied any of it!! Matthew Rael was the most CHILL car salesman I have ever worked with. He made no attempt to push the car on us. He was silent during the test drive except for times when we asked him a question.
