Service was good and I will enter 5 stars but the time to complete the service was a bit excessive. I brought the car in before the scheduled appointment and waited over 2 hours for the regular warranty mai complete the service was a bit excessive. Brought my Ascent in for two reasons: oil change & get my tire pressure indicator to read in lbs (not kgs). They got the oil changed but overlooked my tire pressure indicator. Took my 2020 Forester in for service, contemplating whether to purchase a newer model. It was before the showroom opened and Jerry Janis made himself available to answer some questions before he had to whether to purchase a newer model. It was before the showroom opened and Jerry Janis made himself available to answer some questions before he had to go to a meeting. He came back and answered more questions, worked with me to find the qualities I was looking for, while trying to keep the costs down. Very professional, pleasant and informative. Thank you! More
I came in for just an oil change and said that when I came in. When my vehicle was ready, they had added a tire rotation and tried to charge me for it even though it was not discussed ahead of time. I brought in a coupon for $10 off and they tied to tell me it was on the invoice when I was looking right at the printed invoice and it was clearly not there. Some how my name and my husband’s name got mixed together and the first name on the invoice was my husband’s name, the middle name was my middle name! Sort of funny, but not really. These guys need to do better! Everything is soooo overpriced! $75 for just an oil change is ridiculous. More
