Great experience at Fiesta Subaru when I took my Forester in for the service that is included with new cars. The person that helped me also connected my phone to the cars bluetooth when I requested. Beyond the work done, when I started to drive away I noticed that items that were in my center console were now on the passenger seat and in the cup holders?? Someone was obviously looking around for something. Did not promote good feelings about the service experience. I was told when I made the appointment that the maintenance should take between 2-3 hours. Ended up being closer to 5 hours. A loaner car was provided, which was greatly appreciated. More
