I've only taken my vehicle to them for service and each time I take it, I get it back worse. Then they want to charge me to fix it when their technicians were the ones that messed it up in the first place. More

We had a scheduled appointment at Fiesta Nissan for a test drive of a pre-owned vehicle and still spent 45 minutes waiting because “other people were interested.” What’s the point of setting an appointme test drive of a pre-owned vehicle and still spent 45 minutes waiting because “other people were interested.” What’s the point of setting an appointment if you make customers wait? While waiting, we saw the exact same 2025 Frontier truck listed online as a “Manager Special” and decided to test drive it. We then spent the next four hours negotiating with salesman Juan Avalos and a rotating cast of “managers.” Each one came over with a new excuse to remove discounts that were clearly advertised online — including the $3,500 Nissan Customer Cash and the minimum $500 Bonus Cash incentive shown on Nissan’s official site. At first, they told us the manager had approved our numbers. Then, one by one, they kept taking away incentives, claiming they “couldn’t combine them” or that “corporate promotions don’t apply.” By the end, they were trying to sell the truck at full sticker price, even though all the advertised offers and APR promotions were still live online. The worst part? After all that time, we learned they never even ran our credit check — meaning they weren’t actually working to make a deal. It felt like pure bait-and-switch tactics and gaslighting to pressure customers into paying more. This dealership wasted our time, misled us with false promotions, and showed zero integrity in the sales process. Take your business elsewhere. The sales team and managers here are sketchy, disorganized, and completely untrustworthy. More
