When my vehicle came in the dealership last week, I made an appointment for the weekend and when I arrived at the dealership to pick up my Navigator, everything was ready and waiting. He had almost everything pre-programmed into the vehicle prior to my arrival and it was one of the quickest purchases I have had. Training was pretty easy as he did not try to teach me everything at once. We went over the items that were important to me and Steve said he would call me this week to check in and see if I had any questions. Worst service department you will EVER experience. I have never been to this dealer before, but its much closer to home than the only other Lincoln dealer in the entire Phoenix Metro area, so I figure I have never been to this dealer before, but its much closer to home than the only other Lincoln dealer in the entire Phoenix Metro area, so I figure I will give it a shot. My original factory Lincoln warranty covers a loaner can anytime I drop my car off for service. I started by getting my name on the loaner list in early September 2017. On October 4th I finally called to find out what why I never heard from anyone. They lost my info apparently. Now I'm back on the loaner list and never hear from anyone, so I call at the beginning of November. The employee I had previously scheduled with is no longer employed here. Time to start over. I now talk to Todd for the second time. He was the first person I called to begin with at the beginning of September. He puts me on the loaner list. On November 20th I haven't heard from anyone, so I call. Lucy now puts me on the loaner list. A few minutes later Todd calls. They have a loaner for me tomorrow. I can't go due to my work schedule. I am booked a few days in advance with appointments, so I tell Todd that I would like to come in next week maybe. He explains for the first time in almost three months that he will not schedule for a service visit in advance if it involves a loaner. Thanks Todd. Thanks for no mentioning that little tidbit at the beginning of September. No wonder Lincoln is a dying brand. Your warranty will run out before they can get you into service! More
