Lack of communication…. . when told it would take 3 or 4 hours, called a number of times and no answer or return call. I had previously taken my vehicle in for a recall. They worked on it but said they needed to order some parts and they would be delivered in a couple of days. My only real complaint is that it took over 2 months to do the recall repairs on our Kia Sedona.
