I had previously taken my vehicle in for a recall. They worked on it but said they needed to order some parts and they would be delivered in a couple of days. Well, I never received a call when they arrived. Poor service! But once I finally had the car there the service was good and the service agent was very helpful More

The moment Justin saw me, he complained to me about my last review. How he knew it was me was concerning, given his level of anger. I was there for the 4th time for the same issue so I was reasonably upse last review. How he knew it was me was concerning, given his level of anger. I was there for the 4th time for the same issue so I was reasonably upset. I had an 8am appointment. My car was not looked at until 10am, for a 20 minute job. I asked what else was being done to my car (i was watching the wok), only to find out that the multi point inspection that i was in for the week previous was not completed. As I was leaving, Justin continue to argue with me, finally telling me I could take my business elsewhere. Given the complete lack of customer service and the needed repeated visits, I will. Justin was not the only staff with below average customer service skills. More

My only real complaint is that it took over 2 months to do the recall repairs on our Kia Sedona.
