Fiesta Kia - Service Center

Every time I go to Garcia Kia I am treated quickly and fairly. This past visit on 8/3/2012 my battery had died but I didn't know it. I called and left a message before hours and when I got there an hour fairly. This past visit on 8/3/2012 my battery had died but I didn't know it. I called and left a message before hours and when I got there an hour later (Thanks to KIA's emergency number too!) they were ready for me, tested the car and were able to change the oil and air filter too--without an appointment. I guess that is one of the reasons I have been buying Kias since 2004! Garcia Kia stands behind its sales and I will keep coming back! K Lovato. More

As retired old folks, unfortunately, the cost of service is becoming prohibitive for us. We will soon have to find an independent service in order to maintain our transportation. I took my car in for an oil change and recall because the air bag light was staying on. I had made an appointment. I got in right away and was notified in a couple hours that it was finished. I took my Soul in for regular scheduled maintenance and it was completed in such a fast manner, even before the quoted time, which is a huge plus since we live out of town.
