Brought the car in next day, Monday at 12;3 Scheduled appointment on Sunday, September 25, 2016. Person on duty was very friendly and knowledgeable. The customer shuttle was not available on either of my visits to take me home, but the service staff went out of their way to get me home. Shuttle did pick me up at home to get my car. I was given a co visits to take me home, but the service staff went out of their way to get me home. Shuttle did pick me up at home to get my car. I was given a complimentary car wash if that is what it is called. The wash was not "very good" and am glad I didn't pay for it. Didn't bother to vacuum the interior. When the problem was finally figured out, I was told I would have to come back again after they ordered the parts. I had them order for overnight delivery, to get it fixed by the next day. Problems required me to leave the car over the weekend and it took until Wednesday to get it fixed. I called Adrian numerous times to find out if it was ready during this time and he said they were still trying to find the problem and would get back to me, He never called back with any progress, even though I told him that I would like to get the car the next day. The girls were excellent and had the paperwork ready when I arrived, not ready when I picked up car though. More
