Service department made my day Have a 2015 Kia Soul, which I bought at Fiesta Kia. Recently, the low tire pressure gauge come on. I'd fill up the low tire and a day later it'd come on again. Swung by the dealership and inquired about new tire prices. The service department offered to look at the tire, discovered the roofing nail I overlooked, and said they could patch the leak and shoe horned me in during a busy day. 20 minutes later I was out the door with a patched tire that didn't cost me a cent. And, they washed and vacuumed the vehicle! Everything about this dealership says customer service. More
