Fiesta Kia kept my vehicle for 7 business days to find and fix an electrical problem which resulted in the car not starting and it being towed in. I was finally notified on the morning of the 8th day that and fix an electrical problem which resulted in the car not starting and it being towed in. I was finally notified on the morning of the 8th day that it was done. They did not keep me informed on Day 1 by phone. I had to show up in person to find out that it could take a few days, and they did not have a loaner for me to use even though their website says that they have loaners for their customers. I called them 3 times on Day 1 and was forced to leave a message each time, and I got no call back. The result was a chewed wire under the engine and so the engine had to be removed in order to get to that wire. I paid for 7 hours of labor. I also felt that they could have taken a photo of the damage or saved the actual wire to show me, but this did not happen. Finally, now I have discovered an issue with my radio's wiring which it did not have before. More

Had a great experience,and Sundai was especially Helpful! My Wife and I had a slow leak in one of the tires on our Sorento. So we brought it in to have it looked at at Fiesta Kia. It was such a small leak that it was hard to find but I'm told that the Tech, Cody was able to find it and Patch it. It only took about 20 minutes and Boom-we were ready to get on our way. I tried to pay for the service but was told by Jessica, the Service Manager and Sundi, the service Writer that Fiesta Kia never charges for fixing flats, including cars that are not Kia--anyone with a flat or low tire can get it fixed for free at Fiesta Kia. Worst Service Department Took my new 2019 Sorento SXL in for a first service and specifically told the person writing up the service order to not wash my vehicle. I had told him how I paid over $1000 to have my car ceramic coated and it could not be washed with brushes. But not only did they wash my car after explaining the reason why they were not supposed to wash it, but there was grease on my fenders, hood, front of the vehicle and worst of all, grease on my carpets. Total disreguard for my vehicle and my instructions. There is no excuse for this kind of incompetent service and ignorance after spending almost $48,000 for a new car. Took it in on Tuesday for regular oil change, top off fluids for a trip to be with my daughter as a support for her biopsy leaving a week later.. Can someone please tell me how is it my car overheated 3 days later? I was low on oil, radiator was empty and coolant resivoir was dry. Talked to service manager, said thermostat was stuck 3 days later there still waiting on a part, which I thought was a common part. So I called parts dept to find out if they had one in stock much to my surprise they do. Im still without a vehicle More
Had an appt today at 11:30 to have my car looked at fixed. When I got to the service center for my appt there were at least 10 cars in the service bay.
