Jenee did her best considering she had to take phone calls while talking with us, less milti-tasking and more attention to customer without interuption would be better, Also when you spend $1000.00 on s calls while talking with us, less milti-tasking and more attention to customer without interuption would be better, Also when you spend $1000.00 on service it would be nice to pop the hood and be shown what was done, Overall the service experience was GOOD, could be BETTER... Right from the begining when I went to make the appointment everything went very smooth. Natalie Padilla the Service writer asked if it was my first time and then proceeded to explain all the detai appointment everything went very smooth. Natalie Padilla the Service writer asked if it was my first time and then proceeded to explain all the details and requirements of me leaving nothing in the dark. She assisted me in coordinating with shuttle so I could get back to work in a timely manner. Once the work was complete she again contacted me. I returned back to the dealership and she went through all the details and even explained my warranty and the extended warranty I purchased. The shuttle driver too was very professional and courtious. I appreciated your buisness and will be returning for service and repairs that are not covered under warranty. Sincerely Mike. More
