Had our Kia Optima serviced at Fiesta Kia. When we picked up the car the trunk lid had a deep scratch in it. We were told repeatedly it would be repaired. 6 months later it's still not repaired. Left messages with General Manager, Reve Teupell, who has yet to return any calls. We will not be purchasing the K5 we were looking at nor have any vehicles serviced there. We will be escalating to Kia corporate. More

Fiesta Kia kept my vehicle for 7 business days to find and fix an electrical problem which resulted in the car not starting and it being towed in. I was finally notified on the morning of the 8th day that and fix an electrical problem which resulted in the car not starting and it being towed in. I was finally notified on the morning of the 8th day that it was done. They did not keep me informed on Day 1 by phone. I had to show up in person to find out that it could take a few days, and they did not have a loaner for me to use even though their website says that they have loaners for their customers. I called them 3 times on Day 1 and was forced to leave a message each time, and I got no call back. The result was a chewed wire under the engine and so the engine had to be removed in order to get to that wire. I paid for 7 hours of labor. I also felt that they could have taken a photo of the damage or saved the actual wire to show me, but this did not happen. Finally, now I have discovered an issue with my radio's wiring which it did not have before. More
