JD very professional and helpful with my replacement tire. Happy that the service was completed before I had to pick up my daughter to school. Horrible service, rude people and unacceptable mechanics! ! The "repairing" of my car caused the engine timing to go out of whack. Then they blamed it on me! They then kept my car for 7 months while we were i ! The "repairing" of my car caused the engine timing to go out of whack. Then they blamed it on me! They then kept my car for 7 months while we were in litigation to get them to replace my engine. It took them 2 of those months just to replace the engine. The service manager , Mike Cottone is a horrible person who intimidates females to get what he wants. The new general manager offered to "make it right because it was their fault and get me into a new car". They only offered me $6,000 was told it was because the engine wasn't working. I was then told by their top salesman that almost all of the cars in the back lot were waiting on new engines. That says to me that their "mechanics" don't know what they are doing or they are doing it to increase revenue for the dealership. Who knows how many people they are making pay for their "mess ups". 100% WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! More

I wouldn't suggest this service center because of the over charging on all services. Your prices for services are at least 33% to 50% more than other qualified service centers around town. It was my plan to purchase a new Kia later in 2025 and it will not be from your dealership. More
