I purchased my 2024 Kia Forte GT from Fiesta Kia on May 28, 2024, and scheduled my first maintenance appointment for December 12, 2024, or when the car reached 6,000 miles. As I approached 6,000 miles, I decided to move the appointment up to September 12, 2024, at 1:30 PM. A staff member named Justin scheduled it for me. On Thursday, September 12th, I arrived at Fiesta Kia around 1:45 PM. Justin wasn’t at his desk, so the person next to him assisted me, took my keys, and mentioned the service would take about 2 hours, promising my car would be ready by 5 PM. I was also provided with a complimentary Lyft ride, which was a nice touch. However, I waited for a call from Fiesta Kia, and by 7 PM, I still hadn’t heard from them. The next day, Friday, September 13th, I called Justin around 11 AM to check on my car, but he didn’t answer. After calling three times and receiving no response, I sent him a text. I tried again at 2 PM but still got no reply. By 4:45 PM, I went to Fiesta Kia in person to check on my car. No one was at the maintenance desk, so I found Roy, who informed me after 5-8 minutes that my car still wasn’t ready. Frustrated, I asked why my first maintenance service, which was supposed to take 2 hours, had now dragged on for over 24 hours without any communication. Roy called Justin, who finally answered, but I didn’t hear an apology or explanation. It was only when I mentioned speaking to the manager and leaving a review that they seemed to take my concern seriously. Unfortunately, the manager wasn’t available as it was already after 5 PM. Roy then promised to complete the service on Monday, September 16th, which left me frustrated, as I wasn’t informed earlier that my car would be held for the entire weekend. I had plans and should’ve been made aware of the delay. Roy admitted it wasn’t his responsibility, but rather an issue of poor communication. On Monday morning, September 16th, I received a call from Mike, the Maintenance Manager. He listened to the entire situation, apologized, and personally took care of the maintenance. My car was finally ready within 2-3 hours. Mike was kind and professional, and I appreciated his efforts to resolve the issue. While Mike handled the situation well, I was deeply disappointed by the overall experience. Fiesta Kia has a strong reputation, but my first maintenance service was far from smooth. I hope they address these communication issues to prevent similar frustrations for other customers. I didn’t leave a review on Google this time, but if this happens again, I’ll be sure to do so. More
The people at Fiesta Kia say they will call you when your replacement key is ready but they will not ever actually call you. My tire went flat and I came in without an appointment even though they were closing in about an hour. They replaced it in a little less than an hour. The men who manage the repair office have always been great meeting my car needs and had recently replaced a tire so I knew I would be well taken care of. More

Matt was great found me a good car in a good price range i so wish i my would have same with two keys just like my boyfriend’s did. Terrible people who work there they don’t care about anything but money. Terrible decision. When my girlfriend and I went, we wanted to get an estimate of how much her car is worth and to check prices o anything but money. Terrible decision. That is also what we explained to my friend at the time who works there, Isabella. After getting the estimate, the friend at the time wouldn't listen to my girlfriend about how she couldn’t afford a new car. I had to step in and raise my voice after FIVE times of telling her and her boss that we would like our car keys back and would like to leave. I had to threaten calling the cops in order for them to hand us our keys. The fact that we had explained our intentions to Isabella and the company, they disregarded that and withheld us there only until I threatened to call the cops because they know they were in the wrong. More
