Overall, not a bad experience, however I was told that the issue that is still occurring with my Kia K5 is still happening once again. Apparently a tech took my car out for a 15 minute drive and did not f the issue that is still occurring with my Kia K5 is still happening once again. Apparently a tech took my car out for a 15 minute drive and did not find any issues. However, the transmission issue seems to be happening again. They also mentioned that it might be attributed to the cold weather. Brake issue still is happening. One of the service tech's said he heard of the same issue in other K5s and other repairs had to be done. How many times do I need to take off of work and take my car to be "evaluated" before the issue will be resolved. It took over 40 minutes to get checked in when I dropped off the vehicle. I was also provided with a sheet of acceptable answers for the survey. I work in customer service and coaching a customer to giving you great reviews is always looked down upon and should never be done. I will be making another appointment for the same issues. More

I paid for my service on Saturday and was told the part would be ordered Monday. I hadn't heard anything by Wednesday so I called and was told the part was on order but they didn't know when it would arriv would be ordered Monday. I called them the following Monday, and when they returned that call, they told me the part had arrived Friday and they forgot to call me. They then told me it would be ready the next afternoon, when the closed early for Christmas Eve. They left the paper floor protector in when it was returned to me. I'm addition they took items out of the center console, like my umbrella and left them on the seat. Also the car appeared to have be partially sprayed with water before being returned, but it just moved some of the dirt build up around. Also they gave me a 'cheat sheet' on how to answer this survey. I am ignoring jt. More
