The moment Justin saw me, he complained to me about my last review. How he knew it was me was concerning, given his level of anger. I was there for the 4th time for the same issue so I was reasonably upse last review. How he knew it was me was concerning, given his level of anger. I was there for the 4th time for the same issue so I was reasonably upset. I had an 8am appointment. My car was not looked at until 10am, for a 20 minute job. I asked what else was being done to my car (i was watching the wok), only to find out that the multi point inspection that i was in for the week previous was not completed. As I was leaving, Justin continue to argue with me, finally telling me I could take my business elsewhere. Given the complete lack of customer service and the needed repeated visits, I will. Justin was not the only staff with below average customer service skills. More

General manager was rude, disrespectful and conniving. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone in need of a car. I was not taught how to use the vehicle and when asked they refused to show me. My only real complaint is that it took over 2 months to do the recall repairs on our Kia Sedona. The in person service was helpful and friendly. I was told that my tire would be ordered and changed in a certain amount of time, but it took more than a day longer.
