Took way too long, no car wash service provided which is included in the contract, no car cleaning on the inside. Came in to fix a serious issue where the gas valve was no shutting off and after the click gas was coming back out. Spent 2 hours waiting for it to be fixed and was told it was fixed. I then later in the wee shutting off and after the click gas was coming back out. Spent 2 hours waiting for it to be fixed and was told it was fixed. I then later in the week go to fill my tank up and the PROBLEM IS STILL THERE. It does not seem that it was even checked to be fixed properly. This could cause serious injury if there is fire or a spark when this occurs. Called to make another appointment and I was told that the Master Technician does not work weekends. More

Was told my car would be ready within 8 days. 3 weeks later I finally get a call that it was ready. I never received a single call within that 3 weeks.
