Fiesta Kia

They’ve had my car since July 15th and it is Aug 8 today. I got it from Carvana and it immediately needed a whole new transmission. Since it’s under warranty Kia is supposed to fix it. They literally have been telling me that the claim will take 48 hours to go through for the past 2 weeks. I call everyday and they say that I’ll hear back from them later that day or the next day and they never have followed through. I’m supposed to get a free rental car from them since it’s in for a problem under warranty, but still no rental yet either. I am shocked by how no one follows through with what they say. They don’t care if the customers are happy because they are a dealership and will get business no matter what. More

Had our Kia Optima serviced at Fiesta Kia. When we picked up the car the trunk lid had a deep scratch in it. We were told repeatedly it would be repaired. 6 months later it's still not repaired. Left messages with General Manager, Reve Teupell, who has yet to return any calls. We will not be purchasing the K5 we were looking at nor have any vehicles serviced there. We will be escalating to Kia corporate. More
