This was the 2nd time I have conducted business with the above dealer. This time the after sales experience was terrible. Information was withheld until after the sale was complete and attempts to resolve above dealer. This time the after sales experience was terrible. Information was withheld until after the sale was complete and attempts to resolve the situation were met with stonewalling. Multiple calls, emails were never answered. In person discussions with sales person, sales manager, general manager resulted in promises of a response in a day or so and this never occurred. Offers to compromise on my part were ignored. This is the worst business interaction I have had with any company and I was in business for 35 years. More
