When my girlfriend and I went, we wanted to get an estimate of how much her car is worth and to check prices o anything but money. Terrible decision. That is also what we explained to my friend at the time who works there, Isabella. After getting the estimate, the friend at the time wouldn't listen to my girlfriend about how she couldn’t afford a new car. I had to step in and raise my voice after FIVE times of telling her and her boss that we would like our car keys back and would like to leave. I had to threaten calling the cops in order for them to hand us our keys. The fact that we had explained our intentions to Isabella and the company, they disregarded that and withheld us there only until I threatened to call the cops because they know they were in the wrong.
