Serious overall lack of communication coming from this team. Tyrone was nice in helping me, but a poor communicator in regards to what he thought was happening with my car and what was actually happening. team. Took a week to get an estimate, then we dealt with the insurance company (The General - which was also poor service). I had to continually reach out to this dealership and the insurance company to check on progress. At some point I told Tyrone to go ahead and complete the repairs and that I was dealing with the insurance company from here on. He surprised me with a bill that was twice the original estimate, something else that was part of the repair, a common issue with a theft attempt break-in. I talked to the service manager, Mike Cottone, who did nothing I could tell to help this situation, admitted that he was working on improving communication with his team, and then himself demonstrated a lack of communication with me. After 2 months of this, resolution was achieved with the insurance company and I picked up my car, the dealership compromising with the insurance company a little. Not happy with this entire process, but the work was completed and insurance paid for most of it. More

The service was supposed to be handled by Fiesta after having a horrible experience already. Then when the GM continued to text me at 8:15pm over him letting me know that Fiesta isnt paying and that I sho having a horrible experience already. Matt was responsive and prompt in arranging for my test drive of the EV6. When he became sick after Thanksgiving, he promptly referred me to another salesman even though he was at home and obviously not f drive of the EV6. Travis Hardy handled the bulk of the sales transaction and was very responsive and helpful. He went out of his way to respond to my concerns. As far as the sale of service contracts, I was only provided with the first page of the contracts and their terms were not sufficiently explained. I initially agreed to a roadside assistance,care plan, wear and tear, and theft protection plans. At home, I reviewed the contracts and realized there was a great deal of misssing information. I subsequently went to the dealership. I spoke with the manager and with the finance director. They agreed to provide me with the entire contracts and have provide me with approximately 29 pages which I am currently reviewing. The manager has agreed to rescind any contracts which I find to be objectionable or undesirable after my review. More

This dealership had the worst customer service I have ever experienced!I DROVE my vehicle to the dealership to service a code I received after passing my emissions test . To receive a call from kia that ever experienced!I DROVE my vehicle to the dealership to service a code I received after passing my emissions test . To receive a call from kia that my vehicle isnt driveable and that my camshaft needed to be replaced. Which didnt make sense because I drove the vehicle there. After having no choice to but get the camshaft replaced because the vehicle wasnt driveable "who knows what they did". And note they said they had the part in stock. They had my vehicle for over 2 months, with no follow up I CALLED AND LEFT MESSAGES, NO CALL BACK. I had to go the dealership to retrieve my own vehicle. At that when on arrival they gave me a whole new set of keys they said they lost my keys again no follow up! this is my sons vehicle and we have had to uber him and take time off of work to get him to school and work and my my bill was 2700 dollars with out any compensation for them having my vehicle for over 2 months. No accountability when asked why they had my vehicle so long, answer received was "we have alot vehicles and customers other than you", like it it was my fault. Such a heartless company! I feel I received more attitude from the service manager and also the general manager more than I did from the service advisor, which you don't usually expect. I'm thankful that my vehicle is back on the road, but the experience was so much trauma for me that I will never buy another kia! Happy Holidays! More
