Had an appointment and it took them a long time to even see me. I was then assigned to a different person. I had a vehicle I had interest in, they did show it to me and it worked out on that part to some e see me. I was then assigned to a different person. I had questions on the car and trim, and no one seemed to know the answers to well or wasn't even interested in looking for the answers. Turns out I would've bought a higher trim, but I guess they lost that sale. When proceeding to actually buying the car, it took a long time to do anything. They were trying to get me to sign papers before I knew the actual price for the car, without telling me how much they would pay for my trade in. I requested that and we agreed on terms. Took me another long wait to be able to talk to the guy that deals with the paperwork and on my agreed package I was promised a 3 year Maintenance plan (simple oil changes, etc) that no one has even talked to me about the appointments or setting up anything yet, which I am honestly afraid they will not honor their promise. To pick up the car, again, they seemed to rush me and wanted me to accept the car before checking if everything was ok with it and all. Nothing was explained to me and the whole process seemed just a formality to get me out of there. More

Tyrone was a wonderful adviser. I came in for a simple oil change and tire rotation on my KIA Sportage. As the work was completed, he asked the technician if he had checked the batt I came in for a simple oil change and tire rotation on my KIA Sportage. As the work was completed, he asked the technician if he had checked the battery health and something else. No, the technician had not. Would you, please, asked Tyson. He did and ... lo and behold ... my 6 year old battery was not holding the charge that it should hold. So ..Tyrone saved me a trip back or worse yet, an inconvenient and perhaps untimely battery failure. I said, "Yes, of course replace my battery!" And 20 minutes later I was on my way with the assurance and reliability that I count on when I come to KIA for service. More
