I purchased and had programmed a new Fob-key unit for my 2023 Elantra on 11/18. I received the programmed Fob without the key, invoice #41406. The key is part of the Fob unit and was paid for. I want my 2023 Elantra on 11/18. I received the programmed Fob without the key, invoice #41406. The key is part of the Fob unit and was paid for. I want my key back. I can't even put the Fob on a keychain without that part of the complete unit. I also want to know why I was told on 11/18 that I hadn't paid for a key to be carved/enabled for the car. I had never been told before that this service was available and/or required as an additional cost. Regardless, I paid for the Fob/key complete unit and should have received it all. If I need to pay additionally to make the key work, when it is returned, let me know asap. I EXPECT to hear from you. More
