Just bought a Silverado. I tried to cancel the AG VAP extended warranty after fully reviewing it at home (I was told I could do this). I tried reaching back out to my salesma I tried to cancel the AG VAP extended warranty after fully reviewing it at home (I was told I could do this). I tried reaching back out to my salesman and financing manager with no response. After contacting the warranty provider, I was told it’s not possible to cancel. Went back to the dealership and they told me the extended warranty is non-refundable. Ended up costing me an extra $4,000 for a cosmetic warranty that I will never use. I was also told I was approved for a 7% auto loan. When it was time to sign the paperwork I noticed it was actually 7.99%. I was already lured in but that extra .99% adds up to quite a bit for a 72 month loan. I can sit here and blame myself but the dealership was not transparent and very misleading. When you’re at a dealership you simply do not have the brainpower to read through all of the terms and conditions. You’re banking on the dealerships word. Lessons were learned. More
Horrible service, went for an oil change on Friday afternoon, they said it would be 3 hours (just for an oil change). I waited and never received a call regarding the status of my vehicle. Saturday mo afternoon, they said it would be 3 hours (just for an oil change). I waited and never received a call regarding the status of my vehicle. Saturday morning I call the department and no one answers. The call kept getting transferred to the main BO hub and the ladies there didn’t have any status and could not get a hold of the service department. After calling and texting them I head out to the dealer and what do you know the car was ready. No apologies for the delay no communication and they charged me 110 when on the site it says 79 for an oil change. Ricardo service advisor was clueless and didn’t even bother to call me. Steer away from this dealer if you want to succumb to stress and agony. More
I went to go look around for a vehicle I was ready to purchase I did not get helped. All the salesman were just hanging out ! Doesn’t look presentable outside Chevrolet sign flickering.everything looks so ghetto…I didn’t feel comfortable purchasing after seeing how the store looked & reading bad reviews. No salesman to be found I ended up going to SOUTH TEXAS BUICK GMC they treated me awesome and was up to date super clean area THANK YOU “Rigo” from SOUTH TEXAS GMC ! More
Just picked up my car from getting fixed AC and they gave me my car with the engine light on. Didn’t say anything we’re just going to let me drive off. When I brought it up to their attention they said they me my car with the engine light on. Didn’t say anything we’re just going to let me drive off. When I brought it up to their attention they said they have to check it and if it’s something they touched they won’t charge me but If not they have to charge me… I didn’t drop it off why the engine light on. Why were they going to give me my car like that and still want to charge me. And now they are taking their sweet time because “managers are in a meeting” I have my sleeping daughter in the rental with my husband. I was supposed to go drop off. This is the WORST customer service I have ever encountered. As if I didn’t just pay $800 for a service they obviously did not do right. More
