I had a very smooth and happy experience arranging the appointment. Then, from the time I arrived, Betsy listened and cared and sprung into action. I couldn’t have asked for more. Later, when Betsy alerted me to the fact that I needed 2 new tires and gave me the price, she answered my questions immediately. I checked on the price from a tire place I’ve been using for years, and they couldn’t beat her price significantly, so I authorized her to replace the tires. Meanwhile, a driver brought me to an appointment I had during the service, and then brought me home when the tire change was ordered. My husband and I picked up our car on Saturday night from the cashier without any problem, and again, with gracious and prompt service. It was an amazing experience!
