Took my “G” Wagon in for service and was greeted with a smile. Was folded it would take 90 minutes to service. 95 minutes it was finished. Communication usually is good. This time my advisor was out of the office and it was uncharacteristically poor, however. My car had a software issue and was kept over the weekend. It was not worked on until my husband contacted Mercedes Benz corporate, which also is unusual for this dealer. Once fixed, I was called 45 minutes before the dealer closed to pick the car up and had to drive across the county to get there in time, which also is not normal for them. This typically is a good dealer and its customer service people are very good. This time wasn’t as good as usual but I don’t believe it to be the norm for them. More
