Went in recently for a few maintenance items to Fields Lexus in Glenview. This was for my ES350 sedan. Initially met with Kevin and then went over the issues with Jeff the manager. I would like to recognize the service at this dealership from the sale to the service. They offered me a loaner on a very busy day after a holiday. And Carlos who gave me my loaner had another customer was very pleasant and professional acknowledged we when I walked up to the counter as if I was the first customer he had seen on this very busy morning. My Lexas was in for 5000 mile warranty's and did everything in 2 hours and the best part was I wasn’t asked to buy anything when I went to pick it up.
