I would like to recognize the service at this dealership from the sale to the service. They offered me a loaner on a very busy day after a holiday. Was greeted with a hello from everyone, the service writer from the sale to the service. They offered me a loaner on a very busy day after a holiday. Was greeted with a hello from everyone, the service writer Malinda was very efficient. And Carlos who gave me my loaner had another customer was very pleasant and professional acknowledged we when I walked up to the counter as if I was the first customer he had seen on this very busy morning. My Lexas was in for 5000 mile warranty's and did everything in 2 hours and the best part was I wasn’t asked to buy anything when I went to pick it up. And had my car right out side the service entrance washed interior cleaned. Was like a brand new car again. Thank you Fields Lexus team it’s appreciated. Cynthia More
Unfortunately, I am coming on here give a well-deserved, poor review of Fields Lexus. My first car with them was totaled this past June in an accident. I bought a new one off their lot in July this year. I poor review of Fields Lexus. My first car with them was totaled this past June in an accident. I bought a new one off their lot in July this year. I had it just one month and Apple CarPlay never worked properly (Siri was unable to voice text properly). First the Fields Lexus tech, Howard Meron, then the service crew claimed they had never seen this before and made me spend over an hour in my car as they had me try everything to make it work (after having my car overnight and telling me to pick it up as they thought they knew how to fix it). Nothing worked, except they did a system reset and my odometer jumped to over 1000 miles! I did NOT drive 1000 miles in one month! I could easily account for every day I had that car. They sent me home with my car saying they would contact the TX headquarters and contact me when they figured it out. When I got home I googled my Apple CarPlay problem and it turns out that Lexus has had this EXACT problem with many of their cars for YEARS! They knowingly sold me a defective car and did nothing to help. I was incensed. I emailed both my sales guy Keith Tennyson and the service tech Jeffry Holmstrom. It has now been TWO WEEKS and I have not heard from ANYONE at Fields. So guess what? I dumped the car and got a different brand. I'm out a ton of money, but at least EVERYTHING WORKS IN MY NEW NON-LEXUS CAR. NEVER AGAIN, LEXUS!! SHAME ON YOU!! More
