I purchased 2022 RX 350L in November. Keith Tennyson was the sales rep I worked with and he was excellent. He was knowledgeable about the car and easy to work with. A couple days after Mike Kim assisted us purchasing our Certified NX300, he called to see how we were getting along. As we were having difficulty linking to our garage door opener to the NX, Mike had Howar Certified NX300, he called to see how we were getting along. A few days later Howard showed up at our house and after almost an hour he was able to fix our issue. During that visit, Howard showed us a few things about our NX we didn’t know yet. This past week we took advantage of Howard’s offer for an hour tutorial on our NX. He showed us so much we had not been able to figure out on our own. A simple example was Apple Play, Howard’s explanation was so simple and straightforward that I felt embarrassed that I couldn’t figure it out after reading the manual. We will be scheduling a 2nd appointment with Howard in a couple weeks to take advantage of the wonderful service Howard is providing. We are very appreciative of Howard’s dedication to help owners with the significant amount of technology Lexus vehicles offer and we are appreciative that Fields provides this service. More
