Steve their salesman treated me with great respect and made the whole process one that I will not forget. I couldn't say enough about him and the whole dealership surrounding him. For me the buying experience is really the biggest part of the process. What else can I say about Bredemann Lexus -they are good people and they deserve MY business and YOURS!. Also they have a beautiful building and they take pride in it. Friendly staff, amazing selection, and free car washes!!! More

I have purchased two vehicles from this dealer/saleswoman in the past so I knew I would get a good deal. Nevertheless, I did extensive research on the vehicles and prices and purchased a pricing report. I took the vehicle for a test drive and Norma priced two models for me with the options I wanted. I selected the RX350. Norma also gave me the options for financing or leasing. I took advantage of their promotion for .09% financing rather than pay cash. Norma provided an overview of the features of the vehicle, set up my Bluetooth phone capabilities and made sure that all of my questions were answered. I drove the vehicle home the same day. More

We had a horrible experience contacted Bredemann Lexus about new ES-350 listed on the Website. We were informed that this car was sold day before. By the way it’s still available on your site. This was pretty upsetting since we were planning to replace our Lexus with new but keep the same color. We decided to go with similar color. After extensive negotiations we did not agreed on a price and asked Sales consultant to call his manager. He refused. We were dissatisfied with the service and told this to sales consultant. His reaction was unbelievable – something like that we don’t need to do business with Bredemann. This was pretty upsetting since we trusted this dealership for years. Sales consultant behavior was very unprofessional, rude and unethical. We did not expect such a style from a Lexus dealer. Worst experience of our life! Terrible! I have been associated with this dealership for probably well over 20 years. I was away for a three year lease of another car maker and although that was a pleasant experience, nothing will ever match Bred well over 20 years. I was heartily welcomed back and my decision to come back has been pleasantly rewarded. Not only during the sales process where Howard was a star, but for my first two service calls where I was treated exceptionally well. In fact there was a decision made by the service staff during each of those service calls where my needs and issues were put first and foremost. There was no debate on their part that they were going to make a decision that put me - the customer - first. Hearty applause for Marty and Katie and the exceptional staff in Glenview including Howard whom I have known for years and the wonderful service staff of Jeff and Pat, who again I have known for a number of years and Jose, who I just met, but could not have been more accommodative, courteous and helpful. I had a very positive experience at Bredemann Lexus in Glenview. Norma is fantastic - she is extremely knowledgable about the cars, both their features and how to use them. I purchased pre owned car (Mercedes). Thought this was a reputable dealer instead turned out to be another used car place. At time of the purchase I was assured that the car was thoroughly inspected and wa reputable dealer instead turned out to be another used car place. At time of the purchase I was assured that the car was thoroughly inspected and was in top shape. However, to mitigate future repairs I was offered an extended warranty program, which I elected to purchase (the most comprehensive option or so I thought, judging by the list of things that would be fixed and hefty price tag). As it turned out the car was not in the prime condition and that expensive warranty only drained my bank account - as practically every repair that the car needed was excluded from warranty coverage. I ended up spending in excess of $10k to fix all the problems just to have the car in a driveable condition. Based on my experience I tell eveyrone who's remotely interested in purchasing a used car to stay away from this dealership. Dealing with Bredemann Lexus in Glenview turned out to be a very expensive experience. More

I have a beautiful bright red Certified Pre-Owned 2009 Lexus RX 3 experienced! Everyone was knowledgeable, efficient, and easy to do business with. I have a beautiful bright red Certified Pre-Owned 2009 Lexus RX 350 that I absolutely love! This purchased replaced my 2004 RX 330 which was totaled in a recent auto accident. I feel that I might not be here writing this review if I was in another vehicle that day. I appreciate Lexus quality and their safety features now more than ever!!!
