I went there after the sales person repeatedly called me that they will beat lowest offer I had from other dealer for 08 ES350, if I come to their dealership. When I went there he tried to sell me 2007 model which I had told him that I don't want. When he was not successful he asked me to meet his GM. When I met his GM, his behaviour was very unprofessional,rude and unethical. I did not expect a sleazy dealer style from a Lexus dealer. I had a horrible experience. I own three lexus's. I will never give my business to this dealer. More

I bought my IS 300 from this dealer about a year ago. I payed a great price for it. It wasn't until this week when I felt very negative about this dealer. Another thing I find out is that when I walk into my car, I see a scratch on my power window panel. Something like this happened before where they had to fix my XM radio and after they were done with it, I had couple scratches on my stereo compartment. More
