Al was most helpful in every way and the negotiations were simple, we could not have been happier. We return to Brdedmann for an evening introduction for new Lexus owners.When the meeting was over, we met Howard Meron and after hearing that we lived quite a bit south {Palos Park} of the dealership, he helped get us started with the navigation & blue tooth options. Also, just {3} weeks after getting the car, someone put a small dent in the trunk. I called Al and set up an appointment for the paintless dent removal and requested a spoiler be installed at the same time. I arrived at the dealership at 4:10 on Dec.3. I was met by Josh Grant and told him what I needed done. Again, when Josh learned where I lived , he immediately contacted the necessary people and the work was completed in a little more than, just to save me a trip.
