I purchased my car from this dealership approximately 8 years ago as a certified pre-owned vehicle, and had a wonderful experience. Even though I hadn't bought a brand new vehicle, the salespeople treated years ago as a certified pre-owned vehicle, and had a wonderful experience. Even though I hadn't bought a brand new vehicle, the salespeople treated me as thought I had. My car is now going on 11 years old, and still running strong with very little issues. I have brought my car to be serviced there ever since, and always have a wonderful, relaxing experience each time. The service staff treat each customer with the absolute best customer service, I am always treated with respect, and my concerns about my car are always met with understanding and never disregarded, despite my somewhat confusing descriptions at times. Other dealerships I had avoided and I would typically send my husband, as I was treated as though my knowledge as a female was well below the service employee's, and thus didn't mean anything, and my comments would be shrugged off. I will always come back to Bredemann Lexus (for purchase and service) and will always recommend everyone does the same! More

As I told Steve, the only problem I had with my last was replacing a rear wheel bearing. How's that for 114,000 miles plus it averaged 20MPG. It honestly was a tough decision trading her in as some of the best trades as the ones you don't make. What a great dealership. Did a lot of research and discovered that Bredemann Lexus has the largest selection of both new and used vehicles in the county. Since you're covered bumper to bumper with certified pre- owned, we looked at the 2011 RX 350's. All low mileage, so many colors and options to choose from, all looked brand new, ready to go with a full tank of gas. Yuri Tkach was our salesman.Great guy. Very patient, emailed and spoke to us by phone several weeks before the purchase. Once we arrived, Yuri showed us the inventory. Then he went to bat for us to make the deal.We had a price that we were comfortable in paying and Yuri made it happen, while be very honest and fair in the process. He actually made it possible for us to have navigation, an option we thought was out of our price range. When it came to financing, had a few'dings' on the credit, but Jim Kennedy in financial went the distance as well and made the deal happen with terms we could definitely live with. The dealership overall is very warm and inviting, would definietly go back for our next purchase. So, if you live 25, 50 or 100 miles away from Bredemann, trust me its worth the drive. You'll definietly get the best deal! More

He catered to our requests to view both new and pre owned Lexus 350 RX SUVs. Steve was kind enough to show the differences of all various model years as well as demonstrate these differences. Due to the travel constraints of our visit (coming from Wisconsin) he was able to promptly return calls as well as negotiate an excellent deal via phone. Steve definitely wants to make sure that the customer is happy with the purchase. Of all the sales consultants encountered in purchasing my first Lexus, he was by far the most knowledgeable, kind, and genuine sales associate. Would definitely recommend Steve to anyone looking for purchasing a car. Very enjoyable experience for myself and my parents. More
I have purchased 2 cars from Bredemann Lexus and have only used their service when I have had any need. Recently, I took my car into them for a 25,000 mile check up and oil change and was extremely disap only used their service when I have had any need. I understand that I would overpay for a typical oil change but since I have not allowed anyone else to service my vehicles, I was willing to pay a little extra for the Lexus touch. I was not under the impression that I would be heavily taken advantage of and although each dealership independently owned, the pricing would be so widely different. How could Glenview charge $470.00.00 for front breaks whereas Arlington only changes $249.00 and Schaumburg wants $349.00. The vast difference is outstanding! I have learned that a normal replacement of pads and resurfacing of rotors is much less than either one, but again I wanted the Lexus touch. I had no idea I would was to be gauged or taken advantage of to that degree! Most people state a car with only 25,000.00 miles on it shouldn't even need rear brakes however, Dave assured me that mine did. Dave suggested Bredemann does a better job than the others and therefore charging more. As a woman with little knowledge regarding car services, I cannot tell whether I am being taken advantage of however the multiple consultations have convinced me that I will not trust Bredemann with any of my car needs again.
