I visited Bredemann Lexus twice before I finally made my purchase. Both occasions I dealt with Vasily Kurkow, a very fine young man. Steve also was very polite and well mannered and was extremely helpful in the explanation of the inner workings of the vehicle. I asked a lot of questions and Steve was extremely patient and was not satisfied until I was completely satisfied. Once again very smooth and easy. Once I took delivery Vasily came to congratulate me and assured me if I have any more questions he or Steve would be happy to help me. Monday morning Vasily called me and asked if everything was OK.
