Buying my car from Nadeem Hassan was easy and stress free. He is knowledgeable, courteous and did not pressure us in any way. As a woman, it can be intimidating to purchase a vehicle. Not so with Bredemann & the sales rep Dave Hahnenstein.I just bought my 3rd vehicle from Bredemann Lexus. Howard is the ONLY salesperson to work with! He gives excellent service, goes the extra mile and really takes the time to ensure that sure you understand your vehicle, so that you can use it to its fulle excellent service, goes the extra mile and really takes the time to ensure that sure you understand your vehicle, so that you can use it to its fullest potential. Most importantly, he is honest...your read it right, HONEST! I will never buy another car from anyone else again. By the time you leave Bredemann, Howard will make you feel like family. My lease was coming to an end I began the dreaded process of looking for a new car. During my visits at other dealerships I could always feel that pressure coming from the salesperson to make a decision and of looking for a new car. As soon as I stepped inside the showroom at Bredemann and began working with Nadeem Hassan and John Hash I knew this experience was going to be different. Nadeem made me feel comfortable and provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions and offered insight based on what I was asking. I never felt the pressure that I had at the other dealerships and I could not be happier with my new 2013 ES350. When it comes right down to it you can buy a car anywhere but what sets Bredemann Lexus apart from the others is the exceptional service they provide. More
I highly recommend Howard Meron for many reasons: 1 he is one of the nicest people you ill ever meet, 2 he is the most knowledgeable person I have ever dealt with when buying anything, 3 he does not "sell", one of the nicest people you ill ever meet, 2 he is the most knowledgeable person I have ever dealt with when buying anything, 3 he does not "sell", he informs, he fully answers questions and explains the advantages and disadvantages of all the car features, 4 he follows up on promises and he delivers what he promises. This is the 5 car my family has bought from Bredemann and the reason we keep coming back is Howard. He is Bredemann's biggest asset. I would definitely recommend Howard to anyone. I have always had my cars serviced at Bredemann and Pat Kappel is an excellent service person. She is courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. Cheers Jim More
With less than 1000 miles on my new two month old 2013 RX 350, a 8-10 inch crack appeared in the left side of my front windshield. Upon inspection from both the service consultant Christine Hackl and the ser 350, a 8-10 inch crack appeared in the left side of my front windshield. Upon inspection from both the service consultant Christine Hackl and the service manager Dave Kappel, the spot of impact was pointed out to where a stone/rock had hit the glass. The windshield needed to be replaced and since this was not a matter of warranty, I contacted my auto insurance: State Farm to cover the cost (minus deductible). What happened next was quite unbelievable and I would like to share how Bredermann Lexus and their service manager Dave Kappel went above and beyond what anyone should ever expect from customer service. From Bredermann's service lobby I called my insurance agent who informed me to call "Lynx" to file a claim. Upon calling the Lynx phone number an immediate recorded message informs me that if you hang up at any time during the call, the claim would be denied. My information is taken but before my claim process was complete, their representative disconnects the call. Repeated calls to the company had to be made before a claim number was confirmed. Dave Kappel happens to witness this ordeal and even speaks to them asking them to contact him regarding the work being performed and the associated cost (they never did). That same day our insurance agent informs us that they will only allow $726.00 minus $250 deductible since the "Lexus" OEM windshield is not needed. As we explain that the integrity and the features of the design would be compromised with anything less, not to mention that this is a brand new vehicle with less than 1000 miles, we are told that Lexus is "lying to us". So despite having multiple policies over the past 30 years with no claims with this agent, he refuses to listen while raising his voice in a unprofessional manner. The day after we picked up my repaired RX, I received a call from Dave Kappel from Bredermann. He asked me for my insurance claim number and the phone number to Lynx. When they refuse to speak to him because he was not the insured, he arranged for a 3 way call. When they were not willing to answer to his satisfaction, he asked for a manager. Needless to say, Dave spent over an hour of his time to defend our claim to this company. As a result the corporate State Farm office finally allowed for the OEM windshield. I can not thank Dave enough for his time,concern, and extreme effort for something that was definitely outside his responsibility as the dealership's service manager. He did what our insurance agent should have been willing to do for us. Since then Dave along with our sales agent Renis Pavlik have contacted me several times to make sure that my Lexus is performing properly and to offer assistance in any way that they can. Bredermann's service motto is "We are not satisfied until YOU are completely satisfied" and my experience proves that they stand behind these words. The service and professional staff at Brederman's are outstanding. More
