Lets see how long this post lasts....I bought a 2013 RX 350 and a 2013 GX 460. I spent 120k on the two. My 460 was keyed, and I brought it to be repaired. I figured Lexus would be the right place to go, a 350 and a 2013 GX 460. I spent 120k on the two. My 460 was keyed, and I brought it to be repaired. I figured Lexus would be the right place to go, as one expects above average service and quality. Big mistake. Their body shop returned the car filthy dirty, with polishing compound still on the doors. Color did not match, not even close. Way too much metalflake, and a very hazy orange peel finish. The paint job was a mess. My co-workers could not believe the amateur job done. Still had part of the scratch in the door. On top of that, I had the steering wheel replaced under warranty, as it had a defect in the wood. I picked up the car, drove it out of the lot, and noticed the steering wheel was pointed at the 10 o clock position. No excuse for this. Seriously...no one noticed?????? The steering wheel was pointing the wrong way!!!!!! Just pathetic. I made a u turn and brought it back. Picked it up the next day it was still dirty. Polishing compound on the door seals and jambs, and bird poo on the hood. It is now back for the third time. The second paint job was awful also. Orange peel to the max. You can give out all the free car washes and bagels you want, but your service is awful. It seems your staff does not know how to return a phone call. (Christine) It appears the more you spend, the less you get. We are talking Lexus, and I got Yugo! (sorry Yugo) Shame on Bredemann. Never again. More
I was in the market for a new Lexus RX Hybrid as a gift to my wife. It was my first Lexus purchase and, in turn, my first visit to Bredemann Lexus. I heard great things about the dealership from a close to my wife. It was my first Lexus purchase and, in turn, my first visit to Bredemann Lexus. I heard great things about the dealership from a close friend who purchased several Lexus cars from Bredemann in the past. I generally knew what I wanted but had a few key questions about the hybrid vs. conventional motor RX. I was also on a very tight schedule as I wanted to select, purchase, and take delivery of the car before my wife's birthday. I met with Steve Stover and he assisted me with selecting the perfect car for my wife. Steve was absolutely outstanding. He was friendly, listened to my needs, answered every single one of my questions. Above his stellar service, Steve was never pushy, gave me honest advice (whether or not it meant spending more money), and ultimately succeeded in making me -- and importantly my wife -- an elated customer. We found the exact car I wanted but it was out of state. Steve made every effort to get the car within the tight time frame I set forth. He kept me posted about the status of the car every day. I picked up the car today and could not be happier. I also want to compliment the terrific experience I had with dealing with Jim Kennedy, one of the Finance Managers. Jim's stellar service certainly rivaled Steve's, albeit in a different capacity. I was in and out quickly, Jim had everything ready, and this was BY FAR the easiest, most pain-free car buying experience I ever had. Finally, I wanted to note the dealings I had with Brian Larsen. Brian was another Finance Manager that I dealt with just in passing. He actually had nothing to do with the sale of my car but, nonetheless, he greeted me, was friendly, answered my questions, and made sure I was taken care of. Simply put, anyone in the market for a new or used car should not hesitate to visit Bredemann. The service and the staff are top class and they get the highest marks across the board. Thank you for making my wife's birthday a special one and for putting her in a terrific, safe, and luxurious car she deserves. More

It was a pleasant experience to take my car in for the 15,000 mile service. Everything that was needed at 15,000 was gone over with me and I had a couple of things for them to check out on my car. The car was ready when promised and I felt that Malinda was very warm, nice and friendly and efficient. Only one little problem that was not in the computer and Jim Kennedy helped with that matter. I dealt with Jim previously and felt he was just great, on the ball, and very efficient and friendly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who owns or would like to own a Lexus. Previously I had dealt with Bredeman in Park Ridge and purchased a Prius from them. Again, for the 8 years I owned that car I could not say enough nice things about the employees in their service department. The Bredeman family only hires the cream of the crop. More
Our experience was excellent because Steve made time for us graciously during our multiple visits. He really listened to our needs in a car and helped us pick the best choice for us. It's been thirteen years since my first car buying experience with Bredemann Lexus. I can't say enough about how pleased I've always been when visiting their store. Whether the purchase/lease of a vehicle or a service visit, your treated with the respect and given the attention you would expect from a class operation. I might point out that the same holds true in any department. I don't normally do this but I've recommended them to my friends and they echo my comments. In conclusion, this is the way car buying should be...it's a major event in one's life and it should be exciting....Bredemann makes that happen.
