Jim is the most knowledgeable and thorough car sales person we have ever encountered. We lived on the North Shore for many years (now live in city) and owned many cars (including for our children) through the years and spent much time in car dealerships. We will never again own anything but a Lexus and will never again go to anyone but Jim at Dyra at Bredemann. I have taken our car back to dealership for service, and the experience was, again, perfection. Buying a car at Bredemann is like the difference in staying at a Red Roof Inn vs. Ritz-Carlton, Bredemann being the Ritz. The Absolute Best!! More

To shorten a long story, a week ago I carried my 2008 RX-350 in for routine service and mentioned a battery issue to the service rep. After service, the battery checked out fine. Unfortunately, today in the driving rain I had to jump my battery to get it started. I drove to dealership immediately and was fit to be tied. In spite of that, Pat Kappel dealt with me professionally, discussed the nature of battery reliability and called in Dave Kappel to discuss what could be done to satisfy me. Dave suggested a very fair price for the new battery I needed and I felt my inconvenience was fairly taken into account. I left very satisfied and would highly recommended this service team. Their attentiveness makes it hard to consider any other make or dealer. More
As senior citizens we have purchased many cars throughout the years. We have never met a more knowledgeable and attentive salesman than Howard Meron. He spent a good deal of time with us not only to sell the car, but also to explain all of the features on the new car as well as the ones (which we were never told about) on the car already in our possession. He was friendly, well informed, honest and willing to spend unlimited time with us to ensure that we understood all the elements of the new auto that would increase our pleasure and convenience. I rarely write these reviews but Charles Raslina was exceptional. He was very professional and I never felt as though I was being sold to or pressured. You dont get the feeling of uneasiness that you typically get when you walk into a luxury car dealership. You get a feeling of sincerity the minute you walk in and are grreted by a receptionist vs the salesman that can get to you first. HIghly reccomend them. More
The two sales people, Renis Pavlik and Howard Meron are undoubtedly two of the most caring and concerned sales people that I have yet to encounter. They have the remarkable characteristics and personality to making a customer feel as if he is dealing with a family member or dear friend. It's interesting to see that their interest doesn't wane after the sale is completed. It has been well past a year since my purchase and yet I still see them from time to time sometimes only to say, "hello". More

She was direct and upfront to all our questions, always friendly and gracious, and always going out of her way to accommodate us in anyway to make us feel comfortable and finding out any information for us. We were "just" looking that day for a Lexus and intended to research all options for price and dealerships. Sue never gave us that typical "salesmanship" pitch which I really appreciated. I had visited other Lexus dealers last year and working with Sue this time, we were sold and wanted to buy from her. I would absolutely recommend Sue to any one of my family/friends and will keep in touch with her. I hope this review was helpful and those looking for a sales associate, please ask for Sue. More
