I am so pleased that this dealership has Howard Meron to help those of us who were not born yesterday to understand the new technology in today's cars. When I bought my Lexus in 2021, Howard was there to h help those of us who were not born yesterday to understand the new technology in today's cars. When I bought my Lexus in 2021, Howard was there to help me understand and use the new technology. When I bought my iPhone in July, 2024, Howard was there to help me set up my phone and make use of the new bells and whistles, especially those that would keep me safe on the road. Was charged for tire service that wasn’t provided. I have a car which is still under manufacture warranty. Tire rotation wasn’t done and filler change as well. I had a flat tire . They had the replacement in stock. Service was closing but they said if I could get there quickly they would wait and take care of it. My friend and I visited this location today, and our experience was terrible. We went there to look at the ES300, but there was no one available to assist us. We wandered around the showroom until we noticed Adelina Jones at her desk. Initially, she was agreeable and allowed us to take a test drive of the car. I was prepared to give her my card to make the purchase. However, my friend, who recently received his Social Security number, wanted to see if he could finance the car with his credit. When she learned this, her demeanor completely changed. She refused to let us test drive the car and displayed a condescending attitude, making us feel as though we couldn't afford the vehicle. I had planned to buy the car today, but her behavior towards my friend made me decide to take my business elsewhere. I’m sure she isn't aware of my family's reputation back in India; otherwise, she might have acted differently. I could easily post my family history on Google, and she could do some research to learn not to judge a book by its cover. More
