Never have I been to a dealership where I did not feel pressured, pushed, or in any way forced into a buying decision that I later regretted. However, Laura Parker was very thorough with her knowledge on every car she showed my wife and I. She was extremely patient with us, and I felt as though she honestly cared that we got the best car possible to suit our own unique needs. Jan Perkins also went out of her way to ensure that the interest rate we received was the lowest possible. She was very knowledgable about warranties and protections that I was not aware were available for a new vehicle. I have not received my car yet, but have already told five people to talk to Laura if they are interested in purchasing a new vehicle. The only thing that I was displeased with was the fact that I bought a brand-new car, and instead of having it put on a flat-bed, it was driven from West Virginia to Asheville, NC. Over 200 miles were put on it because of this. I feel that the dealership should have done this differently. Laura tried to get it delivered on a flat-bed truck, however, the dealership insisted on saving money and had it driven instead. In my opinion, this is not the way to do business. It should be the dealership's responsibility to get the customer's vehicle of choice delivered without putting unnecessary miles on it. However, since this did not happen, I do feel that I should have been compensated for the additional mileage. Thank you for your consideration of this matter. Ken Andrick More
This crew bent over backwards to help me purchase the car I wanted (2011 Dodge Journey) in spite of logistical obstacles that just would not quit. At one point they were going to send a driver to the rail yards in Georgia to try to drive the vehicle here in the timeframe I needed it. When it became clear that we were not going to be able to get the car I asked for, they found me another very similar Journey at an even better price. Shanna is a bull dog when it comes to getting results, Fred knows his stuff and can answer almost any question about the cars he sells (great guy to talk vintage cars and youthful shenanigans too), and Duane went to bat so many times I thought he might explode. But none of them did. Instead they helped me buy a car that I would be happy with, including trying to get me an option that was unavailable at the time I purchased, and putting me on the list to be called as soon as it comes in. They were just all around good people. Additionally they told me that should I ever have a problem with the car that requires quick attention and I was unable to get a quick appointment with service, to just call them and they would work directly with service on my behalf to get the work needed as quickly as possible. I have driven Chrysler products for about twenty years. I am very happy with my relationship with them and look forward to working with them in the future. More

The employees all are friendly as if they have been trained to make the customer feel comfortable and someone special. That is for employees in the Service Dept., Check out, Sales and Financial departments. Our favorite sales person, Laura L. Parker is exceptionally personable and has a way of making us feel welcome. She follows up on all sales we have made and assures us of help if needed in any of our transactions. We highly recommend her. She would make a good employee in about any career area. The staff at Skyland Automotive have been incredible to work with. I purchased a vehicle from them in September of 2010 and decided in March 2011 it was just too small for my families needs. I had planned to purchase a Dodge Challenger for several months and when the new models finally arrived, I visited Skyland.com and found they had several in stock from which to choose. I decided to take a test drive of one that I found on the website. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot, Shanna was outside to ask if she could assist me. I told her I was interested in the Challenger and she asked me if I'd like a brochure. I said I would and also wanted to drive it. She quickly facilitated my request and had me and my son on the road in minutes. She was knowledgable and thorough in her demonstration of the vehicle. Once I knew I wanted the vehicle, Shanna was very professional and thorough in helping me assess the value of my vehicle (the sales manager was also a pleasure with which to deal) and determine the final price of the vehicle. I feel like I got a good deal with great service. As someone who has sold new and used cars in the past, I feel any dealership would be lucky to have her enthusiasticly professional service.
