In the last five years my family has purchased four vehicles from Skyland; two have been special orders. I recently went to Skyland automotive to trade in my Jeep Patriot which has been in the service dept. for the last 8 weeks, we took it in for what we thought would be a quick repair, but the service dept. an Patriot which has been in the service dept. for the last 8 weeks, we took it in for what we thought would be a quick repair, but the service dept. and Chrysler itself can't get a handle on what is wrong with the vehicle, At that lenghth of time in the shop, we have lost all confidence in the vehicle and complete loss of confidence in the service dept. So hear we are again purchasing another vehicle and extending the payments 3 more years. As for my feelings about the sales dept. It speeks for itself, I just bought another car from Skyland Auto.
